Fair Play Policy

Khelo3patti maintains a fair play policy in the games provided because we believe in transparency in our services and also trust and responsibility towards our users. Further, this policy defines our team's approach when fair play violations are observed on the platform. For this policy, "fair play violations" will mean any form of fraudulent or illegal activity adopted by the users while playing on our platform, including but not limited to conspiracy, money laundering, cheating, manipulation, etc. The Fair Play Policy covers the below-stated aspects. Look out for the spirit of competition and skill as the players take on each other at the table.

What will violate the fair play policy?

Khelo3patti reserves the right to cancel or suspend the user's accounts and take appropriate action against anyone violating the Fair Play Policy. Any of the below violation points mentioned herein are in addition to the Terms of Use on the Khelo3patti Platform and any other policy on the Platform. The following points will lead to a violation of this policy.

Any user found on the chat feature, email, or voice call with any fellow player or Khelo3patti member who is obnoxious, vulgar, foul, racist, abusive, or religiously motivated should be reported.

1. Any form of cheating
2. Hacking in any form, including misusing bugs or using third-party tools,
3. Using multiple accounts or teaming up with players to raise scores.
4. Use your username or ID to promote your personal services and products.
5. Remarks or statements that are obscene or derogatory to Khelo3patti or any of its other users
6. Any user ID that is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or illicit activities that have an impact on the game and its outcomes.
7. The creation of any login name or passwords that is offensive, abusive, racist,
8. Any user who has multiple IDs on our platform has been banned.
9. Indulged in any other kind of unwanted activity with the purpose of causing planned damage to other players and/or Khelo3patti.
10. Indulged in Anti-Spamming & Money Laundering.
11. Using cheat codes.

Privacy

Revealing personal details such as email address, postal address, contact numbers, etc., or by any means revealing your identity through the selection of a username is stringently forbidden. We store all the information in a secure environment and it is not shared with any untrusted third party.

In the event user spending reaches a certain cap, we will alert users and ask them to play responsibly. Users are told to take an optional break when their game sessions are long. Khelo3patti mandates the user to take a non-negotiable break when the session reaches a certain duration. The user will not use the app in this situation.

Consequences of violating

Players confirmed to have indulged in any violation of this policy will be blocked from playing on Khelo3patti.

The balance funds of both the winners and the users who colluded or helped in committing the fair play violation will be withheld for 180 days for review. The review will cover all the games the user has played since registering on the platform.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to deduct an additional penalty from users who violate this policy, which may exceed three times the entry fees.
